Stone patios, walls & walkways in Dover, MA.
Rural-estate lots and long approaches that call for hand-set stone at the scale of the land. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Dover’s wooded upland and Charles River lowland — set on upland ledge and till on the highlands, matched to its antique colonials, converted farmhouses, and discreet modern estates, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Dover
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Dover — from Farm Street, Centre, and Pine Rock — and the surrounding MetroWest towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Dover’s rural-character bylaws and two-acre minimums put a premium on stonework that fits the land — long fieldstone runs and approaches, not suburban veneer. And because the land here is upland ledge and till on the highlands, wetter alluvial ground toward the river, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
