Martha’s Vineyard · Dukes County, Massachusetts
Stone patios, walls & walkways in Edgartown, MA.
In Edgartown, stonework answers to a harbor village on an outwash plain running south to Katama and to sandy outwash underneath it. White captains’ houses, harbor light, and Katama’s open plain. We build the whole range — terraces, walls, walks, steps, and pool surrounds — much of it alongside Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Edgartown
Seven disciplines, one standard of craft.
It depends on the season and the size of the scope. Edgartown sits in Dukes County, Massachusetts, and we schedule by region so travel and material delivery stay efficient — we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
We serve all of Edgartown — from Edgartown Village, Katama, and Chappaquiddick — and the surrounding Martha’s Vineyard towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
Yes. Edgartown’s historic district and island logistics mean stone is specified, staged, and ferried with a plan — we scope that before a pallet moves. And because the land here is sandy outwash, fast draining and easily undermined without a confined base, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
