Yes. Georgetown was set off from Rowley in 1838 and keeps a tight historic center around the common — new stone here is asked to sit quietly beside two centuries of existing work. And because the land here is glacial till over the hills with ledge near the summits, draining unevenly enough to reward an engineered base, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
