Yes. Leominster's steep Monoosnoc slopes and the North Nashua floodplain make grade and drainage the whole game, so we terrace and base hillside patios to survive both runoff and freeze-thaw. And because the land here is glacial till over the ridge granite once quarried here for foundations, draining well on the slopes and slowly in the valley bottom, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
