Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.

We serve all of Ogunquit — from Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, and Israel Head — and the surrounding Southern Maine towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.

Yes. Ogunquit’s Marginal Way runs the length of an open-ocean headland — the ledge is the foundation, and everything is detailed to shrug off salt and surf. And because the land here is granite ledge and thin soil, sandier toward the beach and river, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.

The shingled coastal cottages and artist estates above the sea here set the direction, and a rocky headland between Marginal Way and the tidal Ogunquit River sets the scale. That usually means hand-set fieldstone and bluestone detailed to look original to the house rather than applied to it.
