Stone patios, walls & walkways in Windham, NH.
In Windham, stonework answers to wooded hills around Cobbetts Pond and Canobie Lake and to glacial till over ledge underneath it. Cobbetts Pond waterfront and newer estate neighborhoods. We build the whole range — terraces, walls, walks, steps, and pool surrounds — much of it alongside Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Windham
Seven disciplines, one standard of craft.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
Yes. Cobbetts Pond frontage falls under New Hampshire’s Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act — setbacks and impervious limits shape every waterside terrace we build. And because the land here is glacial till over ledge, with sandier ground along the shoreline, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
The newer custom estates and lakeside homes here set the direction, and wooded hills around Cobbetts Pond and Canobie Lake sets the scale. That usually means hand-set fieldstone and bluestone detailed to look original to the house rather than applied to it.
We serve all of Windham — from Cobbetts Pond, Windham Center, and Searles — and the surrounding Southern NH towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
