A large share of our Massachusetts work is executing drawings for landscape architects — reading elevations, holding the specified batter and joint, and flagging a conflict before it becomes a change order. Much of it in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.

Ledge and salt define how stone is founded here — we anchor to rock and detail for spray, so the work still reads plumb and clean decades on.

On full-site projects we are frequently the execution crew for landscape architects and designers — much of our North Shore work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design. We read plans fluently, flag conflicts before they become change orders, and build exactly what was drawn.

Sometimes the project is not a wall or a patio — it is the whole site. On wooded ledge dropping to a working harbor and Singing Beach, we take a property from rough grade to finished landscape: drainage and earthwork first, because a landscape that fights water never looks settled, then stonework, plantings, and the details that make a yard feel resolved.

Working over granite ledge under thin soil, with salt exposure on the seaward lots, we start under the surface so the finished Manchester-by-the-Sea property sheds water, stays dry where it should, and never undermines the stonework above it.
