Stone patios, walls & walkways in Belmont, MA.
Belmont Hill estates with grade changes made for retaining walls and terraces. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Belmont’s the steep slopes of Belmont Hill dropping toward the flats — set on firm till on grades that make retention and terracing the core of the work, matched to its brick and stone estates on Belmont Hill, colonials on the lower streets, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Belmont
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Belmont — from Belmont Hill, Winn Brook, and Belmont Center — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Belmont Hill is grade-change country — retaining walls, terraced patios, and step runs that turn slope into usable, level ground are the heart of what we build here. And because the land here is firm till on grades that make retention and terracing the core of the work, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
