Stone patios, walls & walkways in Winchester, MA.
Lakeside and colonial estates north of the city. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Winchester’s hilly neighborhoods around the Mystic Lakes and Winter Pond — set on firm till on the hills, matched to its shingle-style, Tudor, and colonial estates on established, leafy streets, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Winchester
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Winchester — from Myopia Hill, Wedgemere, and the West Side — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Winchester’s hillside lots and proximity to the Mystic Lakes mean grade and drainage drive most projects — built to keep water moving and walls plumb. And because the land here is firm till on the hills, wetter ground near the lakes, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
