Stone patios, walls & walkways in Natick, MA.
From lakeside homes to estate lots, patios and walkways built to last. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Natick’s lake and pond shorelines around Cochituate rising to wooded neighborhoods — set on sandy near the lakes, matched to its a range from historic South Natick estates to established colonials, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Natick
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Natick — from South Natick, Walnut Hill, and Natick Center — and the surrounding MetroWest towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. South Natick’s riverfront and the Cochituate shoreline bring wetland setbacks that shape where and how stone can be set close to the water. And because the land here is sandy near the lakes, firmer till inland, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
