Stone patios, walls & walkways in Wayland, MA.
Estate and waterfront properties where patios and walls frame the view. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Wayland’s Sudbury River floodplain rising to wooded lots — set on sandy lowland outwash near the river, matched to its colonials, contemporaries, and waterfront homes oriented to the view, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Wayland
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Wayland — from Cochituate, Five Paths, and Wayland Center — and the surrounding MetroWest towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Floodplain and wetland setbacks along the Sudbury River drive real permitting here, so we plan drainage and elevations early rather than fighting them later. And because the land here is sandy lowland outwash near the river, till on the higher ground, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
