From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Southborough’s rolling uplands within the Sudbury Reservoir watershed — set on well-drained till on the hills, matched to its colonial estates, horse properties, and custom homes on large lots, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.

Yes. Much of Southborough sits in the reservoir watershed, where drainage and erosion control are watched closely — a discipline that is built into how we sequence every job. And because the land here is well-drained till on the hills, protected wet ground near the reservoirs, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
