From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Sudbury’s gentle river-valley uplands along the Sudbury River — set on well-drained till on the uplands, matched to its antique and reproduction colonials, many near the historic Wayside Inn corridor, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.

Yes. Minutes from our shop, Sudbury is home ground for us — we know the soils, the inspectors, and the historic-district expectations along the old post road. And because the land here is well-drained till on the uplands, wetter ground toward the floodplain, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
