Stone patios, walls & walkways in Westwood, MA.
Large wooded estate lots on Boston’s southwest edge. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Westwood’s heavily wooded large lots along the Hale Reservation edge — set on glacial till over ledge, matched to its brick and stone colonials and set-back estate homes, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Westwood
Seven disciplines, one standard of craft.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
We serve all of Westwood — from Islington, Westwood Center, and Hale Reservation — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Westwood’s big wooded lots favor long, private runs of stonework built to disappear into the tree line rather than announce themselves. And because the land here is glacial till over ledge, with roots and rock shaping every excavation, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
The brick and stone colonials and set-back estate homes here set the direction, and heavily wooded large lots along the Hale Reservation edge sets the scale. That usually means hand-set fieldstone and bluestone detailed to look original to the house rather than applied to it.
