Greater Boston · Norfolk County, Massachusetts
Stone patios, walls & walkways in Dedham, MA.
Established in-town lots along the Charles River on firm till in the Precinct — that is the ground we build on in Dedham. One of the oldest streetscapes in the country, on the Charles. Patios, walls, walkways, and whole-property work, hand-set to suit the historic colonials and Federals of Norfolk County.
What We Build in Dedham
Seven disciplines, one standard of craft.
Yes. Dedham’s historic Precinct holds houses older than the country — new stonework here has to defer to that, in material and in restraint. And because the land here is firm till in the Precinct, softer river-lowland ground near the water, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
We serve all of Dedham — from the Precinct, Riverdale, and Oakdale — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
The historic colonials and Federals here set the direction, and established in-town lots along the Charles River sets the scale. That usually means hand-set fieldstone and bluestone detailed to look original to the house rather than applied to it.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
