Sometimes the project is not a wall or a patio — it is the whole site. On broad Nashua River intervales and fertile bottomland rising to drumlins and the orchard slopes of George Hill, we take a property from rough grade to finished landscape: drainage and earthwork first, because a landscape that fights water never looks settled, then stonework, plantings, and the details that make a yard feel resolved.

Working over rich alluvial loam in the river intervales over glacial till and drumlin gravel on the higher ground, with drainage that changes sharply by elevation, we start under the surface so the finished Lancaster property sheds water, stays dry where it should, and never undermines the stonework above it.
