Stone patios, walls & walkways in Brookline, MA.
Historic in-town estates where fieldstone and bluestone meet century-old architecture. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Brookline’s steep in-town hills — Fisher Hill — set on firm urban till, matched to its brick townhouses, Victorians, and stone estates on tight historic lots, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Brookline
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Brookline — from Fisher Hill, Cottage Farm, and Aspinwall Hill — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Brookline’s preservation districts and tight urban access make staging and stone-matching the real challenge — we protect the streetscape and match the era. And because the land here is firm urban till, with grade changes that lean on retaining structure, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
