Stone patios, walls & walkways in Milton, MA.
Historic estates south of Boston, at the foot of the Blue Hills. From our base in Marlborough, Cleiton Landscape & Masonry hand-builds patios, walls, and walkways across Milton’s wooded slopes rising into the Blue Hills — set on shallow soil over the famous Milton granite in places — hard, matched to its Georgian and colonial estates, many with original granite foundations and walls, and built in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
What We Build in Milton
Four disciplines, one standard of craft.
We serve all of Milton — from Milton Hill, Columbine, and Brush Hill — and the surrounding Greater Boston towns, working from our base in Marlborough, MA. Cleiton Landscape & Masonry has hand-built stone patios, walls, and walkways across the region since 2008.
Yes. Milton sits on its own namesake granite, and its estates carry original stonework — new work here has to honor that heritage in both stone and craft. And because the land here is shallow soil over the famous Milton granite in places — hard, handsome bedrock, we plan the base and drainage for those conditions from the first day on site.
A natural-stone patio typically runs $30–$60+ per square foot installed, depending on stone, base depth, access, and features. We provide a clear, itemized scope after walking the site.
Constantly. We routinely execute plans for landscape architects and designers, building to spec with millimeter precision — much of our work in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
