Sometimes the project is not a wall or a patio — it is the whole site. On wooded hill above the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, with mature estate grounds, we take a property from rough grade to finished landscape: drainage and earthwork first, because a landscape that fights water never looks settled, then stonework, plantings, and the details that make a yard feel resolved.

Working over firm till on established grounds where existing planting must be protected, we start under the surface so the finished Chestnut Hill property sheds water, stays dry where it should, and never undermines the stonework above it.

A large share of our Massachusetts work is executing drawings for landscape architects — reading elevations, holding the specified batter and joint, and flagging a conflict before it becomes a change order. Much of it in ongoing collaboration with Jonathan Keep Landscape Design.
