On hilly village landscape between the Charles River and Chestnut Hill, we take a property from rough grade to finished landscape: drainage and earthwork first, because a landscape that fights water never looks settled, then stonework, plantings, and the details that make a yard feel resolved.
Working over firm till over rolling grades, with the steeper hill lots needing retention, we start under the surface so the finished Newton property sheds water, stays dry where it should, and never undermines the stonework above it.
